The deletion process: What to expect

  1. Request Received: We will send a reply to acknowledge that we have received your request.
  2. Verification: Our team will verify that the request came from the email address associated with an active account. We may contact you if additional verification is needed, which is a security step to prevent unauthorized deletion of your account.
  3. Processing: Once verified, we will begin the process of permanently deleting your data from our production systems. This process is typically completed within 14 calendar days. By law, we have up to 30 days to complete the request.

Important information
